Yes. All new On Call Central accounts incur a one-time non-refundable setup fee. This charge covers the direct costs of database configuration, audio prompt recording, and other direct costs related to onboarding. The setup fee also helps ensure that we are dealing with serious parties who have taken the time to ask all necessary questions, and who are comfortable that On Call Central represents a good long term solution for their practice, as opposed to practices that have only a short-term need for vacation or holiday coverage. Take the time to get on the phone and ask questions. If, after that, you aren't comfortable enough to pay a nominal setup fee that covers the actual labor involved in configuring an account, we probably aren't a good match.
