Please provide at least 24 hours for voice menu changes, and if you are submitting requests around the holidays, please know that waits can be longer, so plan in advance. To request a voice menu, please open a support ticket and provide the exact wording and options you would like included on the menu. A great way to avoid issues regarding voice menu scheduling is to make your voice menus generic enough that they can be used more than one time. For example, don't request a "Thanksgiving Menu"...request a "Holiday Menu" that can be used over and over again.
