ake a Three-Way Call with On Call Central

If you need to add another person to a call placed through On Call Central, you can initiate the call using the standard callback method instead of in-app calling. This allows the call to take place through your phone so you can use your device’s built-in functionality to add another caller.

Place a Call Using the Standard Callback Method

1. Open the On Call Central app.
2. Go to the Place Call tab.
3. Enter the phone number you would like to call.
4. Press and hold the Call button.
5. When prompted to select how you would like to place the call, select your phone number instead of This App.
6. On Call Central will call your phone. Answer the incoming call and follow the prompt.
7. You will then be connected to the person you are trying to reach.

Add Another Caller

Once you are connected, the call is taking place through your phone rather than within the On Call Central app. You can then use your phone’s standard calling features to add another caller and create a three-way call.

The exact steps for adding or merging a call may vary depending on your phone model and carrier.

As of September 14, 2026 we do not have a way to initiate a 3 way call from a one-button callback, but we are in the process of developing that feature.
