If you’re not seeing your non-urgent message notifications in your Gmail inbox, don’t worry — your messages are still being taken and safely stored in your On Call Central dashboard.
In most cases, Gmail or your email server has marked our notification emails as spam or blocked them.
Below are a few quick steps you can take to fix this.
Option 1: Check Your Spam or Junk Folder & Mark as “Not Spam”
Log in to your Gmail account. Open your Spam or Junk folder. Look for any messages from messages@notifier.oncallcentral.com. If you find one, open it and click “Report not spam” (or “Not Spam”).
This tells Gmail that these messages are safe and should be delivered to your inbox moving forward.
Option 2: Add Us to Your Contacts (Safe Sender)
Adding our address to your contacts helps Gmail recognize that our messages are legitimate.
In Gmail, find any message from messages@notifier.oncallcentral.com (check Spam if needed). Click the profile icon next to the sender’s name. Click the “Add Contact” button (a person icon with a plus sign).
Gmail will now treat our notifications as trusted emails.
That’s It!
Either — or both — of these steps should help ensure that your non-urgent message notifications arrive in your inbox.
