Sometimes providers inadvertently opt out of On Call Central SMS. On Call Central uses industry standard keywords for opt-outs. If a provider responds to an On Call Central SMS message with any of the following keywords, the provider's phone number will be blacklisted from SMS. If a provider sends us a text using any of the following keywords, it will add the provider's phone to a blacklist, and they no longer will receive SMS from us:

STOPALL

UNSUBSCRIBE

CANCEL
-
END

QUIT
The only way to unblock this is to have the provider remove the block manually by sending an SMS to their On Call Central number using one of the following keywords:
- START
- YES
- UNSTOP
