My old access point URL doesn't work. What happened?

In 2016 we changed the access URL structure for On Call Central accounts. However, between that time and September 2019, we had implemented a redirect to the new account access points. 

If you're getting an error when accessing something that looks like https://yourAccount.oncallcentral.com, just go to https://app.oncallcentral.com/yourAccount (replacing "yourAccount" with your account identifier, of course) and it will work just fine.
