What do I do if I forget my username?

If you have forgotten your username, please note that your username is your email address on file with your On Call Central account.

If You Are Not an Administrator

If you are unsure which email address is associated with your account, you can:

• Contact your account administrator, who can view your user details under Settings → Manage Users
• Or reach out to On Call Central Support for assistance by emailing us at support@oncallcentral.com or calling us at 855-566-2255 ext 2. 

If You Are an Administrator

Administrators can confirm usernames by following these steps:

1. Log in to your On Call Central web portal
2. Go to Settings in the upper right corner
3. Select Manage Users
4. Locate the user and view the email address listed
