In On Call Central, a timeframe or shift is defined as the period between one start time and the next start time. These timeframes determine how your call schedule is structured throughout the day.
Accessing Timeframe Settings
To set up or modify a timeframe template:
- Log in to your On Call Central web portal
- Click Settings in the upper right corner
- Select Call Routing
- Choose the schedule you would like to edit
- Click Edit Weekly Schedule
Adding a Timeframe
- Under the day you would like to update, click + Add
- Enter the start time for the new timeframe
- Save your changes by clicking Save Shift Times
Each timeframe will run until the next scheduled start time.
Editing or Deleting a Timeframe
- Click on the existing timeframe you would like to modify
- Update the start time as needed, or click X to remove the timeframe if necessary
- Save your changes
Important Notes
Only users with administrator permissions can create or modify timeframe templates. It is the responsibility of the account administrator to set up these templates.
Once timeframes are established, any user can log in and assign providers to the call schedule using those predefined shifts.
