Log in to your On Call Central web portal
Click the Schedule tab.
- The current month will display, showing your full call schedule.
- Use the forward and back arrows at the top of the calendar to move between months
Use the drop-down menu in the top left corner to switch between different call schedules, if your account has more than one.
Click on the day you would like to update.
Select the appropriate provider from the list in the pop-up window.
Save your changes.
The selected provider will now be assigned to that shift based on your existing timeframe setup
