There are three main reasons as to why you may continue to receive messages even when your phones appear to be unforwarded to us.
- Your phones might still be forwarded to us even if they normally should not be. If this is the case please refer to our help desk article regarding forwarding and unforwarding your phones, or call your phone company directly. We can not unforward your phones for you.
- Your patients may have gotten ahold of your On Call Central phone number and might be calling that number directly. If they call that number directly, then they will hear your office’s greeting and you will receive notifications accordingly. Please remind your patients to call your office’s main number to avoid this issue.
- Your backlines might still be forwarded to On Call Central. For every line that your office forwards, you will need to unforward it as well.
