In order to remove a provider please follow the steps below.
- Start by logging in to your On Call Central account using your account-specific URL.
- Go to Settings.
- Go to Manage Users.
- Click the drop down menu on the Edit button for the provider who you wish to remove.
- Click Delete for that provider.
- Please submit a support ticket after you have removed this provider. It is important that we are aware a provider has been removed from your account in order for us to update your billing profile.
Note: If you see an Error message that says “This person cannot be deleted because they are on the call schedule”, there are additional steps you must take to correctly and completely remove the provider.
- Start by logging in to your On Call Central account using your account-specific URL.
- Go to Schedule.
- Go to Departments.
- Remove the provider from the call schedule for all shifts they are assigned to. If the provider is not removed from these shifts they cannot be deleted from your account.
