We've released an update to improve how your calls are filtered, displayed, and archived in the On Call Central mobile app. Below is a breakdown of what's changed and how it benefits your workflow.
🔍 New Call Tabs and Filters
You’ll now see a clearer distinction between your personal calls, team calls, and archived calls. Here’s how the new tabs work:
-
My Calls
This tab shows only the calls that were directed specifically to you—such as voicemails, direct-connect attempts, or forwarded calls you're responsible for. Think of it as your personal call inbox. -
All Calls
Displays all unarchived calls that your user role is permitted to view. For admin users, this includes all team-wide calls as long as they haven't been archived. -
Archived
This tab shows calls that have been removed from the main view—either automatically after a certain age or manually by a user. Each archived call now includes a note showing when and how it was archived (manually or automatically).
đź—‚ Archiving Updates
-
Automatic Archiving for All Call Types
All call types (not just voicemails) are now automatically archived once they reach a certain age. -
Tracking Archive Status
Each call entry in the Archived tab will now indicate:-
The date it was archived
-
Whether it was archived automatically or manually
-
This makes it easier to track how your calls are being managed over time.
🎯 Why This Matters
These changes help:
-
Simplify call management across your team
-
Make the interface more intuitive
-
Allow you to focus on what matters most—calls that need your attention
đź”” App Update Reminder
You may see a prompt to update the app in your App Store. We recommend updating to the latest version to take advantage of these new features.
