Yes. On Call Central offers a standardized BAA based on the US Department of Health & Human Services template agreement. If you would like the BAA, please open a support ticket and we will send the standard HHS agreement over to you. We do not execute any third party BAAs for customers having monthly spending commitments under $10,000, as it would have no functional impact on our service, and the legal expenses would be cost prohibitive. Custom legal review is available for subscribers of On Call Central Enterprise who have monthly spend commitments of $10,000 or more.
