We’re excited to announce that our newly updated web interface is now live and available as the default experience for all users.
Over the past several months, our team has been focused on modernizing the On Call Central platform. After extensive internal testing, we’re confident this update represents a meaningful step forward—offering a cleaner, more streamlined experience built on a modern foundation.
At On Call Central, we recognize that our platform is powerful and feature-rich. With every update, our goal is to ensure that power never turns into unnecessary complexity. This new interface is designed to better balance flexibility and simplicity, making it easier for you to navigate and manage your workflows.

Switching Back to the Classic Interface
We understand that changes can take time to adjust to, especially if you have established workflows.
• A “Go Back to Classic UI” option is available
• You can find this by clicking your name in the top right corner
• This option will remain available for several weeks
This allows you to transition at your own pace.
