📣 Community Update: Improved Call Filters & Archiving Now Live!
We’re pleased to announce recent enhancements to the On Call Central mobile app, designed to improve call organization, visibility, and user experience. These updates introduce clearer call filtering and more transparent archiving.
🔍 New Call Tabs for Streamlined Navigation
To help users quickly locate the calls most relevant to them, the app now features three distinct tabs:

My Calls
Displays only the calls directed specifically to you—such as voicemails, direct-connect attempts, or forwarded calls you are responsible for managing. -
All Calls
Shows all unarchived calls your user role permits you to view. For administrative users, this includes all team-wide calls not yet archived. -
Archived
Includes all calls that have been removed from the main view—either automatically after a designated retention period or manually by a user. Each archived call now includes a timestamp and method of archiving (automatic or manual).

Automatic Archiving Expanded
All call types—not just voicemails—are now automatically archived after they reach a certain age. -
Enhanced Archive Transparency
Archived calls now display when they were archived and whether the process was automated or user-initiated.
These updates provide improved visibility into call history and better support audit and review workflows.
