Ongoing Twilio Outage Affecting Some On Call Central Accounts 3/31/25
CompletedThere is currently a known outage with Twilio, our telephony partner. This issue is affecting some On Call Central accounts and may prevent calls from reaching the On Call Central system, resulting in callers being unable to leave messages.
While the On Call Central program itself is functioning properly, the outage is impacting the ability for calls to connect through your On Call Central number, which is linked to Twilio.
The Twilio Engineering team is aware of the issue and is actively investigating. Since the issue started, they have put in multiple fixes and are still working to fully resolve the issue.
Our team is closely monitoring the situation as well, and we will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.

Twilio has confirmed that all systems are now operating normally. We placed test calls to all accounts that reported experiencing this issue and everything is functioning as expected—menus are presenting correctly, and callers are able to select options to leave a message.
