CompletedPlease be advised that ongoing Verizon outages may affect your ability to receive text and call notifications, as well as forwarded calls, through their network. These issues are independent of On Call Central and are related to Verizon's service disruptions. Verizon has made statements that their engineers are actively working on resolving the issue.
However, all messages left with On Call Central will continue to be taken and stored in your On Call Central dashboard. You can access them in your web portal or app at any time, and the core functionality of our service remains fully operational.
