AWS Transcription services down

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is currently observing service degradation on several of its services. This outage has affected many Amazon Web services and products, but has only affected our transcription services. It does not currently appear to be affecting our main product. However, our engineering team is monitoring the situation and Amazon has made statements that they are actively working on resolving the issue.
