If you would like to delete a provider who is not an owner of the account please follow the directions below.
- Log in to your On Call Central account using your account-specific URL.
- Go to Settings.
- Go to Manage Users. This is where you will see an option to delete a provider on the right side of your screen.
If you would like to delete the account owner, or replace the account owner, this will have to be done by an On Call Central staff member. Please submit a support ticket, or call our support line at 1-855-5 ON-CALL (1-855-566-2255) and press 1.
