Your preferred payment method for On Call Central can be updated in the following ways:
- By logging into your On Call Central account, clicking on "Settings" and then clicking "Billing." You will see an interface allowing you to securely update the payment method used for your account.
- Within the On Call Central mobile application, click on the gear icon, then click "Manage Billing." You will be able to update your credit card or ACH information through the mobile app, just as you would from within the web application.
- By calling On Call Central support between 9AM and 5PM on a business day, and selecting the support option, and updating the information on the phone with an On Call Central support agent.
