If the On Call Central mobile application crashes, it can be helpful for us to have a crash report so that we can determine the root cause. Here's how to get a crash report from your iPhone:
- Go to the iOS Settings.
- Go to Privacy.
- Go to Analytics or Diagnostics & Usage.
- Select Analytics Data
- Locate the .ips crash log for On Call Central. The logs will be named in the format: On Call Central(DateTime)(DeviceName).ips
- Select the log and attach it to a support ticket, or email it to email@example.com.
