Here at On Call Central, we bill on a four week cycle. By nature, this means that there will be one month if the year in which your practice is billed twice.
For example, you may be billed on March 1st and will be again on March 29th.
If you are the owner of your On Call Central account, you can update your payment method online at any time. Login to your account, click "Settings" in the top right, scroll down, then click "Billing." You can update your payment method immediately. Alternately, you can visit the billing portal to update your payment information.
