If you are having trouble logging into the On Call Central mobile application, there are two likely causes:
- You need to update the mobile application. On Call Central is able to push updates both to the app stores, and via live deployments that typically do not require updating from the app store. Sometimes, however, the push updates fail and it is necessary to update directly from the App Store. When this happens, delete and then reinstall the application on either the App Store or Google Play store to force your device to obtain the most current version of the app.
- Your login credentials are incorrect. Try accessing your On Call Central web interface using the same credentials you are using to access the mobile app. If you are unable to access the web interface as well, reset your password using the available link on the login page.
