NOTE: Only users with administrator privileges can define timeframe templates. It is the responsibility of the practice administrator(s) to create the timeframe templates. Once done, any On Call Central user can log in to modify the Call Schedule.)
To set up or modify a timeframe template, log in to the On Call Central dashboard and click Settings in the upper right of your screen. Then click Departments and Schedules in the Admin section.
*A timeframe in On Call Central is defined as the period between one start time and the next start time.
To add your first timeframe, click Add a timeframe. Enter the day and time at which this timeframe will start and select AM or PM from the drop-down menu. Then enter a note in the field provided. Ideally, you should enter the start day and time followed by the end day and time here. Example: Monday 7AM – Tuesday 7AM.
To edit or delete an existing timeframe, click the appropriate link on the right.
